Review: The NowMi Pro Device!

I’ve had the pleasure of using a new facial treatment recently that will change the way your skin looks and feels. A cleanser and facial treatment all in one. They claim you will have glowing, revitalize and firm skin, tightened pores, and even skin Tone and texture with noticeable difference after 10 mins of use.

While I’m not sure I saw a big difference after just 10minutes, I did see a difference in my skin over 2 weeks of using this new facial treatment. Curious what this fascinating little machine is???

We will get into the science behind it all a little later but for now let me explain the system….

The NowMi Pro device is a home based sonic anti-aging oxygen facial device. The device is multi-functional: it is used for daily skin cleansing, as well as weekly facials.

The NowMi Pro device enables you to deeply cleanse your skin every day to remove all makeup and dirt buildup. Since it uses sonic energy, the cleansing gel is able to penetrate every pore and clean it perfectly.

6000 sonic pulsations per minute is what this little turquoise device gives off for exfoliating dead skin cells and surface dirt. It did an amazing job at cleansing my dry winter skin.

In the Pro system kit, you will receive one tube of Lubricant Gel that contains vitamin E and moisturizing hyaluronic acid, and a tube of Facial Cleansing Gel with vitamins E, B3, B5 plus dead sea minerals. Once you start cleansing, you will feel a soft vibrating affect from the device that lightly tickles as it works its way through your facial skin debris.

If you want to go more aggressive than just basic cleansing, NOWMI also comes with a supply of individual packets of vitamin C effervescent tablets that contain ascorbic acid and citric acid.

The Nowmi Pro device also enables you to enjoy a spa quality facial skin treatment weekly in the comfort of your own home. The treatment performs 4 actions simultaneously-skin exfoliation, nourishment, oxygenation and protection. The effectiveness of the treatment is greatly improved by the sonic energy which optimizes each action. The treatment revitalizes the skin and slows down the signs of aging.

The science behind it:

The NowMi facial treatments are performed with the effervescent tablet which contains Vitamin C and lubricant gel that contains Vitamin E and Hyaluronic Acid. When Vitamin C comes in contact with Hyaluronic Acid on the skin it produces Co2 Bubbles. It is those Co2 Bubbles that induce the body to send oxygen-rich blood to the surface, this is called oxygenation, which maximizes the absorption of nutrients & micro circulation.

My Thoughts:

It’s a pretty impressive little machine. At a price point of $199 I was expecting big things and although I didn’t see a difference visually for a few weeks, I definitely felt a smoother, softer, cleaner texture to my skin after only one use and every day thereafter.

My only negative would be that I wish I could purchase the re fills locally. However they are available on their website: www.nowmi.com for $99.00.

Overall, very impressed with the Nowmi. Well worth the money and I love that it is multifunctional for basic every day facial cleansing and then weekly oxygenating facials.
